You have disclosed any medical conditions, behavioural issues, or special requirements. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue care if a dog shows aggressive, unsafe, or unmanageable behaviour.
6. Veterinary Care
In the event of illness or injury: We will make reasonable efforts to contact you. If you cannot be reached, you authorise us to seek veterinary treatment as necessary. All veterinary costs remain the responsibility of the owner.
7. Keys and Property
Any keys provided will be kept securely and used only for the agreed services. We are not responsible for damage caused by pets to property unless due to our negligence. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage in the home.
8. Liability
We will take all reasonable care while providing our services. Life on Paws Dog Sitting is not liable for illness, injury, loss, or death of a pet unless caused by our proven negligence. We are not responsible for injuries caused by pets to third parties or other animals.
9. Insurance
We hold appropriate pet care insurance. Details can be provided upon request.
10. Photos and Updates
We may take photos or videos of your dog for updates or promotional purposes. Please inform us in writing if you do not consent to this.
